Maintenance Agreements will give you qualified electricians throughout the year to perform general maintenance tasks or installations requiring permitting as well.

Lock-In agreements can be based on the following:
Annual with rates based on a 52 week contract (1900 hours)
Annual with rates based on 26 week contract (960 hours)

Lighting retrofits Service, maintenance, and cleaning of switchgear including proper torque settings.
Motor and control updates with new technology.
